1. Think Positive – yes, we’ve all heard this one – and it works! Everything is how you look at it, how you perceive and interpret it. Is the glass half full or half empty? See the good in all things. Think of the cloud with the silver lining. You’ll feel consoled and in a lighter mood.
2. Think Warm & Fuzzy – who or what puts a smile on your face? who/what makes you laugh, feel warm and loved? See that image in your mind and capture the great feeling of how it makes you feel. Are you smiling now?
3. Think Strength – sometimes we just need to feel stronger, to know we can face and resolve whatever is before us. You do have the power within, the courage and endurance to overcome it all. See yourself in a strong, “warrior” position, grounded and sturdy. Feel it? Nothing can get in your way!

6. Think End Result – when you have the positive end result in mind, you are more focused towards reaching the goal and the path to get there is clearer. You’re more motivated too and that feels great.
7. Think Faith – believe and trust in the greater good and believe in yourself that no matter what, everything will be fine. If you’ve done your best or if you cannot change it, then go with the flow. Trust that when and if the timing is right, good things will happen.
8. Think Blessings – gratitude is a powerful gift. Think of all that you do have and it’s not the material things that really count. We spend a lot of energy on what we want and not enough on appreciating, treasuring what we have.
9. Think Out loud - lose your worries and stresses when you can or at the end of the day. Think out loud or write down your concerns and feelings along with what you are going to do about them. This is a good way to let it out and also to think of possible solutions.
