Who do you coach?
I have two types of clients:
- Corporate leaders and managers who want to become better at what they do, and utilize their full potential to go to the next level; I coach executives individually or in teams for high performance and
- Private clients: expatriate women in career transition, new to Hong Kong or not, usually with focus on career/life balance.
Tell us something unique about your coaching style
I can be really serious and really playful, and I am always fiercely committed to my clients’ success in a compassionate way.
As VP-Professional Development, in what directions would you like to take the HKICC?
I want to continue to foster the open and sharing spirit of HKICC, where we all learn from one another. As a community we need to be curious of new techniques and tools, and welcome anything that will make us better professionals and better people. I also would like to invite speakers from outside the HKICC.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
To work with passion day after day, to inspire people to go after their dreams, and to have created a rich life for myself and my family as we move around the world.
