Who do you typically coach?
Most of my clients are SME owners who would like to have a breakthrough either in their business or in their business focus. On the other hand, I also coach some couples who would like to have better living in family, since I am also a family therapist.
What does coaching mean to you?
Spending time to walk with person and developing the person's skills through communication, measuring their outcomes. Understand and feed when they need to ask for help.

Eating, coffee, tea, expedition... Any kind of styles that can let persons to share needs or stories.
What do you do for fun and relaxation?
Enjoy sharing wine and movie with my lovely wife. Fishing on Monday to enjoy the quiet and busy harbor of Hong Kong.
