The HKICC has it’s roots in the first Hong Kong-based graduating class of Coach U, who in spring 2001 began meeting in fellow coaches’ homes to share their progress, inspire each other and to collaborate on promoting the benefits of coaching to the Hong Kong public. Since September 2001, an expanding group of coaches have met once a month to further their learning and develop the community. The HKICC incorporated in March 2006 from the HKCC, which was officially registered in December 2002.
The Hong Kong International Coaching Community supports coaches as they inspire others to create positive change in their personal and professional lives.
These Coaching Standards represent our common beliefs about coaching and align us as professionals across a wide range of coaching specialties.
