	Anita Moorjani, President president@coachinghk.org Anita Moorjani specializes in inter-cultural communication training, helping her clients to bridge the cultural gap between the diverse cultures found within multi-national organizations. Many companies today are realizing the importance of inter cultural communication training for their leaders and workforce so they can compete more successfully in the global arena. Understanding the mindset of your potential clients’ culture gives you a distinct advantage in being able to communicate effectively with them in presenting your ideas and concepts. 	Lily Ting, Secretary secretary@coachinghk.org Lily Ting is Trainer and Human Resources Facilitator, focusing on organisational and individual development, working with local and international firms.  Using her skills in talent assessment, facilitation, training, coaching and counselling, she excels in working with people from different cultural backgrounds and those facing professional or personal challenges. 	Charlie Lang, Immediate Past President past-president@coachinghk.org Charlie Lang is an executive coach and trainer, and founder of Progress-U Ltd. He is a celebrated public speaker and author of more than 100 articles on the topics of leadership, coaching and change management.
