Jarrett Hardin Shalhoop,  Ph.D., Senior Consultant of Hogan Assessment Systems Dr. Shalhoop is a Senior Consultant in the International Consulting Practice of Hogan Assessment Systems, a worldwide leader in personality assessment for employee selection, career development, and talent management. While working with many of the Fortune Global 500 companies, Dr. Shalhoop has designed and implemented numerous large-scale employee selection and leadership development programs across a wide range of organizational applications. As part of his specialized expertise, he has developed, validated, and evaluated multiple assessment-based solutions using validity generalization and criterion-related validation. His extensive experience also includes the creation and delivery of training programs across the globe for assessment tools, structured interviews, and assessment centres.

Ho Wan Leng, CEO and Chief Consulting Officer of Optimal Consulting Group Wan Leng is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK, and a licensed instructor of Hogan Assessment Systems and BarOn EQ-i®. Wan Leng brings with her more than two decades of educational, consulting and corporate HR experience. She bolstered her consulting capabilities through previous roles at Mercer HR Consulting as the Director of HR Consulting and Deloitte & Touche Consulting as a consultant. Thereafter, she widened her scope with key regional and global roles in leading corporations – first as an Asia Pacific Regional Director of HR Operations at Dell Computer Asia Pte Ltd, and then as a Global Vice President of C&B, HRIS at Neptune Orient Lines Ltd. She brings in-depth expertise on the current best practices in HR design, systems, programmes and technology, along with wide experience in the use of psychometric assessments in workplace settings. A recognised expert in the HR industry, she frequently serves in an advisory capacity for the Chairmen and members of the Board, CEOs and top HR professionals.
