● Learn and apply foundational models of executive coaching in the three day intensive, experiential
● workshop
● Master a clear method and structure for successful coaching
● Develop your “ coaching toolbox “ of useful skills and tools
● Embed learning with three follow-on peer coaching sessions ( required for certification)
● Reflect on learning through a written task ( to be written and submitted within a month from date of
● training)

Chip McFarlane
The Level One training will be conducted by our Institute’s leading trainers of executive coach.
Chip is a Director of the Institute and a master trainer and coach. He has been coaching since 1988 and brings unparalleled practical experience to the programs. Chip works with CEOs, Boards and senior executives in some of the world’s most recognised organisations. He has worked extensively in Asia for the past five years.
