Welcome to the first of our Cantonese
language PD meetings.
In this experiential workshop, Bonnie will
lead participants in an activity to explore
their own potential to
navigate with curiosity, and to trust their
intuition.
The IAC presents 15 proficiencies of
excellent and effective coaches; one of
these is to 'navigate with curiosity'.
Bonnie will walk people through an exercise
to experience the practical relationship
between this concept,
the Chinese saying : 摸著石頭過河 (direct
translation: crossing the river by feeling
the stones), and the quote “Have the courage
to follow your heart and intuition, they
somehow already know what you truly want to
become. Everything else is secondary.”

Participants will come away from from this
practical, interactive workshop empowered
with a clearer sense of how they can they
personally access their intuition, and
navigate with curiosity more deliberately
both in life, and in sessions with coaching
clients. |

About the presenter: |
|
|
|
Coach Bonnie has a dream to bring
coaching to the Chinese community. During
the past 8 years, she has developed herself
from a fresh coaching trainee to an
executive and mentor coach. Bonnie believes
everyone has an innate capability to learn
and practice coaching, but to become a
masterful coach requires unlocking your
intuition and curiosity. Recently, Bonnie
has been focusing her energy on creating
research projects in coaching in the Chinese
context. |
